Shop
Floor
The Shop Floor interface issues job instructions, records
work done by shop floor staff and collects job data for
later cost centre analysis. This is where shop floor operatives
log on to find their work centres and their job queue. It
is the only module that they have to interact with.
Lists
all jobs to be worked on and orders them by work centre.
The
Production Manager can prioritise and control the manufacturing
workflow with full visibility of all work centres, all
queuing and live work.
Option
to print out the detailed instructions, including any
notes from the engineer.
Records
time taken and job completion.
Full
or part transfer documents are produced automatically
for the job to be passed onto the next stage of the manufacturing
process.
