Quoting pulls information from Administration and Stock
to price a job, allowing a rapid, consistent and accurate
quote to be produced in response to your customer’s
enquiry. Since the data is all to hand, as are previous
quotes, the operator can focus on what your customers wants
rather than looking up information.
Minimal data entry, selection menu driven.
Traceability
as unique sequential quote number is generated for each
quote.
Previously
set batch prices and mark-ups can be accepted or amended.
The
quote can be printed for posting or faxing, or emailed
directly from the program.
Once
accepted by the customer quotes can be transferred to
Sales Order Processing.
