The TRAKKING system

TRAKKING production control software modules are seamlessly integrated to give maximum flexibility in the use of the available data. Click on the sections on the diagram above for detailed descriptions of each module.

Before releasing a job to be worked on by the Shop Floor any changes to the quote need to be incorporated into that job. It is important to review and check that everything is in order before release to the Shop Floor.

This is relevant to both Make to Order and Make to Stock and to Order.

• Newly saved sales orders can be called up here.


• Repeat orders can be redliy accessed from live jobs, archived jobs and quotes, alleviating repetitive data entry. However, all job data is editable for maximum flexibility of use.


• The jobs can be checked to ensure the processes are tabulated in the correct logical order by using the Job Routing tool.


• Jobs are released to the shop floor. Job tracking allows full traceability of al jobs at all times.
