  Cost Management

This module is where valuable management information is controlled and where the information to drive your efficiency as available.

 

 
 

Cost Analysis
Jobs have to be complete for Variance Analysis to be used but Cost Analysis is available for both live and archived jobs. Displays all the costs relating to a job including work centre, sub-contractor, materials, delivery and invoice information.


Variance Analysis
In Variance Analysis every aspect of a job can be evaluated to compare allocated costs to actual costs. For example, each work centre operation can be evaluated separately. Overruns are clearly indicated and highlighted in red.

Payroll
Includes a staff clocking in and out system, so effectively provides time records for shop floor staff.
